非痴呆型血管性认知障碍结构磁共振成像的研究进展

摘要(Abstract):
非痴呆型血管性认知障碍(vascular cognitive impairment-no dementia,VCIND)是一种还未达到血管性痴呆诊断标准的认知功能障碍,故在早期进行干预可延缓痴呆的病情进展。结构磁共振成像(structural MRI,sMRI)作为MRI的一种类型,可以显示卒中的部位、病灶的体积、脑白质病变的程度、海马体积等,为血管性认知障碍(vascular cognitive impairment,VCI)的诊断提供证据。现就近年来VCIND的sMRI研究进展进行综述。
