CD_(117)、CD_(34)胃肠间质瘤中表达的临床病理意义

摘要(Abstract)：
目的:探讨胃肠道间质瘤中CD117和CD34的表达及临床病理特点,为其诊断及鉴别诊断、预后提供理论依据。方法:采用形态学观察和免疫组化技术对24例胃肠道间质瘤行分析。结果:24例胃肠道间质瘤主要由梭形细胞和上皮样细胞构成,CD117和CD34阳性率分别为95.83%和74.16%,且呈弥漫强阳性表达。结论:胃肠道间质瘤是消化道最常见的间叶源性肿瘤,CD117和CD34标记阳性对确诊间质瘤最具有诊断价值。
