脊柱侧弯矫正术术后即刻腹痛1例

摘要(Abstract)：
目的了解脊柱侧弯手术术后腹痛的原因、临床表现、治疗及预后等。方法报告1例全麻下行后路脊柱侧弯矫正术术后即刻腹痛病例并复习相关文献。结果脊柱手术后腹痛的原因主要包括术后肠梗阻、肠系膜上动脉综合征、急性胰腺炎和急性结肠假性梗阻综合征等几种。通过对该患者病史和临床表现的分析,考虑此病例发生术后麻痹性肠梗阻的可能性大。结论临床医生应重视脊柱手术中胃肠道功能的保护问题。
