早期持续暴露条件下邻苯二甲酸二丁酯对秀丽线虫的毒性效应Toxic effect of dibutyl phthalate in C.elegans by early and continuous exposure

摘要(Abstract):
目的研究早期持续暴露条件下邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)对秀丽线虫的毒性效应。方法设置不同剂量的染毒组(10μg/mL、50μg/mL、100μg/mL、200μg/mL)和对照组,将秀丽线虫的虫卵分别暴露到不同剂量的DBP染毒液中,染毒至成虫,分别考查其对线虫的身长、世代时间、后代数目、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力和寿命的影响。结果与对照组相比,200μg/mL剂量组在线虫的身长、世代时间、后代数目、CAT活力和寿命指标上均存在显著抑制(P<0.05)。50μg/mL剂量组在后代数目、CAT活力两个指标上与对照组相比,存在显著的激活(P<0.05),显示出毒物的兴奋效应。结论 DBP对秀丽线虫有明显的毒效应,可影响秀丽线虫的生长发育及生殖功能,诱导其活性氧产生,进而减少线虫的寿命。
