大鼠脂肪源性干细胞和骨髓间充质干细胞增殖速度的比较性研究THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PROLIFERATION RATE OF RAT ADSC AND ANBMMSC

摘要(Abstract):
目的:比较ADSC和BMMSC在增殖速度上的差异性,初步探讨二者的优越性。方法:应用酶消化分离法分离AD-SC,差速贴壁法分离BMMSC,MTT法比较增殖速度。结果:第一代和第三代都呈现ADSC在培养48h后比BMMSC增殖快,P<0.05。结论:ADSC增殖快于BMMSC,体外扩增更容易快速获得大量种子细胞。
