健康教练技术研究进展及对我国慢性病护理的启示

摘要(Abstract)：
本文对健康教练技术的研究进展及对我国慢性病护理的启示进行综述,阐述了健康教练技术的概念与内涵、演变、实施、干预方式、基本步骤、对慢性病患者的干预效果以及我国应用健康教练技术的思考与展望。我国慢性病部分领域已开展健康教练技术项目,但仍处于起步阶段,健康教练技术的干预内容多样、效果各异,因此目前亟需将其规范化、系统化,从而更好的应用于临床,为慢性病患者带来福祉。
