PCNA在恶性肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要(Abstract)：
恶性肿瘤仍是危害人类健康的公共问题之一。至今对于肿瘤的发病机制尚未完全明确,而在肿瘤的发生发展中,基因的突变或丢失、抑癌基因的失活及癌基因的激活等均可能发挥重要作用。其中强增殖是恶性肿瘤的一个重要特征。增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)是近年来检测肿瘤细胞增殖活性最常用的指标,它对于DNA的复制、DNA损伤的修复、染色质结构的维持以及细胞周期进展位点都是必不可少的。
