摘要(Abstract)：

脱氧核糖核酸(deoxyribonucleicacid,DNA)拓扑异构酶Ⅱ(topoisomeraseⅡα,TOP2A)是一种广泛存在于真核生物和原核生物细胞中的酶蛋白,与细胞增殖、细胞凋亡和细胞有丝分裂等密切相关。主要是通过参与DNA分裂、修复、重组、复制、转录以及染色体分离浓缩等过程调节DNA拓扑结构。其表达水平的改变与恶性肿瘤(包括乳腺癌、肺癌、消化系统肿瘤以及泌尿生殖系统肿瘤)发生发展、侵袭、治疗及其预后均有重要关系。
