转化生长因子对大鼠内侧副韧带损伤愈合的影响EFFECT OF TRANSTORMING GROWTH FACTOR BETA 1 ON THE HEALING RAT MEDIAL COLLATERAL LIGAMENT

摘要(Abstract):
目的:观察转化生长因子(TGF-β1)对大鼠内侧副韧带(MCL)损伤愈合的影响。方法:成年雄性SD大鼠40只(体重:345~400g),随机分实验组(A)与对照组(B),每组20只。制备右膝关节内侧副韧带(medical collateral ligament,MCL)断裂模型,实验组继续给予生长因子,对照组给予盐水,至术后第4周,将愈合处韧带取下,进行愈合处肌腱组织学检查及生物力学检查。结果:电镜下见转化生长因子组胶原纤维排列整齐,而对照组胶原纤维排列紊乱。愈合的MCL组织结构比对照组好,生物力学性能也更好。转化生长因子组愈合的MCL生物力学检测级载负荷和刚度均大于对照组。结论:转化生长因子对韧带的愈合有促进作用。因此,本实验为韧带损伤实验研究及临床治疗韧带损伤提供理论依据。
