Nanog蛋白和微血管密度在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及意义Expression and significance of Nanog protein and microvessel density in invasive ductal carcinoma of breast

摘要(Abstract):
目的本研究主要探讨Nanog蛋白与肿瘤微血管密度(MVD)在各级别乳腺浸润性导管癌,非特殊类型(invasive ductal carcinoma,no special type,IDC-NST)中的表达及其相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学染色法(Immunohistochemistry,IHC)检测乳腺浸润性导管癌组织和癌旁正常乳腺组织中Nanog蛋白的表达情况,分析其与临床相关病理特征(患者年龄、月经状况、肿物大小、病理学分级、TNM分期)的关系,并观察微血管的生成情况,分析Nanog的表达与MVD的相关性。结果 Nanog蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达明显高于癌旁正常乳腺组织,差异显著(χ2=32.069,P<0.001)具有统计学意义;乳腺癌Nanog蛋白的表达与被检测标本者的年龄大小、月经状况及肿物大小无明显相关,而与淋巴结转移情况以及病理学分级、TNM分期相关;乳腺癌中MVD的增加与Nanog表达呈正相关。结论乳腺癌中Nanog的表达及MVD均与乳腺癌病理组织学分级、TNM分期、淋巴结转移相关;并且Nanog与MVD呈正相关;Nanog和MVD联合检测有望成为乳腺癌诊疗及判断预后新指标。
