三种受体阻断剂对家兔中毒性休克引起的低血压的逆转作用的研究ReverSable effect of 3 kinds of receptor blockers on toxic shock-induced hypotension in rabbits

摘要(Abstract)：
本工作是在家兔麻醉状态下进行的急性实验,结果表明,侧脑室注射纳洛酮、肉桂硫胺或酚妥拉明部分拮抗中毒性休克家兔出现的低血压效应。同时发现上述任何两种受体阻断剂结合使冈其血压逆转时间及达峰值时间均明显缩短,但其作用强度较单独使用无显著差异。
