截短型TGF-β Ⅱ型受体原核表达载体的构建CONSTRUCTION OF PROKARYOTIC EXPRESSION VECTOR OF TGF-β Ⅱ TRUNCATED

摘要(Abstract)：
目的:构建截短型TGF-β型受体,为TGF-βⅡ型受体的研究提供平台。方法:用定向克隆方法将tTGF-β基因插入载体PET-28a,原核表达,构建重组质粒tTGF-βRⅡB。结果:经酶切鉴定及DNA序列测定,重组质粒tTGF-βRⅡB序列及阅读框架正确。结论:成功地构建了PET-28a-tTGF-βRⅡB重组质粒。
