血浆N末端原脑钠肽水平在心力衰竭患者诊断中的应用的研究THE STUDY OF N-TERMINA-PRO-BRAIN MATRIURETIC PERTIDE IN DIAGNOSIS OF HEART FAILURE

摘要(Abstract)：
目的探讨N末端原脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)在心力衰竭患者诊断中的应用。方法选择慢性心力衰竭患者71例,以纽约心脏病心功能分级(NYHA分级)评定心功能,采取双抗体夹心酶联免疫法吸附(ELISA)法测定NT-proBNP水平,同时选择心功能I级的患者60例作为对照。结果Nt-proBNP水平在心力衰竭组(1612.9fmol/mL)明显高于对照组(430.2fmol/mL)且随心功能分级的增加,其水平增高(p<0.01)结论NT-proBNP水平在心力衰患者中明显升高,可做为诊断心衰的一项生化指标。
