Waston关怀理论在护士人文关怀能力培训中的应用

摘要(Abstract):
目的探讨Watson关怀理论在护士人文关怀能力培训中的应用效果。本研究基于Watson关怀理论对护士进行人文关怀能力的培训,分析护士人文关怀能力的培训效果,为提升护士人文关怀能力提供有价值的参考依据。方法选取安徽省某三甲医院2017~2018年在职护士105名,其中对照组52名,干预组53名,对照组护士完成临床护理工作同时参与院内常规培训。干预组护士在完成护理工作、参与院内培训同时,还要参加人文关怀能力培训,引入Watson关怀理论,适时融入各个关怀要素于课程培训中。培训结束时通过一般情况调查问卷、关怀能力评价问卷调查比较两组学员人文关怀能力得分情况。结果本研究结果显示,培训后初期及培训后2个月,干预组护士人文关怀能力量表各维度得分与对照组比较均有所提高,且差异具有显著统计学意义。结论在培训护士的职业知识、技能同时,将Watson关怀理论运用到护士的培训中,培养护士运用科学方法与人文照护理念结合的人文素质,可在一定程度上提高护士的人文关怀素质。
