右美托咪定减轻七氟烷诱导产生神经毒性的研究进展

摘要(Abstract):
七氟烷是婴幼儿患者接受全身麻醉时最常选用的吸入麻醉药物,但是越来越多的动物实验证实,七氟烷对幼鼠具有一定的神经毒性;而右美托咪定具有一定的神经保护作用,可以减轻七氟烷诱导产生的神经毒性作用。本文就七氟烷诱导产生的神经毒性、右美托咪定的神经保护作用以及右美托咪定减轻七氟烷诱导产生的神经毒性做一综述。
