蛋白质组学技术在Hela细胞的研究进展

摘要(Abstract)：
蛋白质组学技术是以细胞中的全部蛋白质为研究对象,对其在细胞不同功能状态下的表达情况进行研究。利用此相关技术在人宫颈癌细胞株Hela细胞的细胞核、细胞质、细胞器等各个部位都找到了相关的差异蛋白。
