肝细胞癌发病机制的研究进展

摘要(Abstract):
肝细胞癌(HCC)的发病机制目前仍不清楚,但HBV感染是引起HCC的重要因素之一,而HBX又是HBV复制和扩散所必须的基因。在肝细胞癌的发生中具有重要作用。X蛋白具有多种生物学功能,并在HCC的发生中参与了多条途径。DNA甲基化也是目前肿瘤发病机制研究中的热点,特别是抑癌基因的异常甲基化,在肝细胞癌的诊断、疗效、预后判断及治疗等方面发挥着重要作用。本文就HBX及HCC相关基因的异常甲基化在HCC发生中的几种可能作用机制作一综述。
