豚鼠离焦性近视眼后部巩膜中Ⅰ型胶原、整合素α2、β1及ILK的表达The Expression of Type Ⅰ Collagen,Integrinα2,β1 of Sclera in Guinea Pig with Defocus Myopia

摘要(Abstract)：
目的:本实验观察离焦性近视眼豚鼠中整合素和胶原蛋白在巩膜重塑中的作用。方法:-7D的凹透镜离焦14天建立豚鼠光学离焦性近视眼模型,RT-PCR法和免疫组化染色法检测各实验组后部巩膜中I型胶原α1(1)链、整合素α2、β1及ILK的mRNA及蛋白表达。结果:Ⅰ型胶原α1(1)链、整合素α2、β1和ILK在离焦组和恢复组的实验眼的mRNA水平及蛋白表达均减弱,与自身对照眼比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),去除离焦恢复2d后,上述指标表达回升,但与对照眼相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:整合素α2、β1、Ⅰ型胶原、LIK参与实验性近视眼巩膜重塑过程,是其早期调节因子。
