eNOS基因多态性与成人过敏性紫癜的关系ASSOCIATION OF ENOS GENE POLYMORPHISM WITH GENETIC SUSCEPTIBILITY TO HENOCH-SCHONLEIN PURPURA

摘要(Abstract)：
目的:探讨内皮型一氧化氮合酶基因G894T多态性与过敏性紫癜和过敏性紫癜性肾炎易感性的关系。方法:应用PCR-RFLP技术检测90例过敏性紫癜/过敏性紫癜性肾炎患者与98例正常对照组内皮型一氧化氮合酶基因G894T多态性。结果:eNOS基因型构成比在HSP组与正常对照组、HSPN组与正常对照组之间差异有显著性(P=0.022,P=0.025),但在HSP和HSPN之间差异无显著性(P=0.585)。eNOS-GG基因型和G等位基因具有较高的患HSP和HSPN的危险性。结论:携带eNOS基因G894T多态性增加患HSP/HSPN的危险。
