摘要(Abstract)：

目的:探讨大白兔富血小板血浆(PRP)对软骨修复的影响。方法:构建大白兔关节软骨和耳廓软骨损伤模型,每只大白兔本身分左(L)右(R)组,以L组为对照组、R组为治疗组,用大白兔自体的PRP局部注射,2、4、8周后分别取材,通过大体观察、组织学病理切片、图像分析观察软骨损伤修复情况。结果:各期治疗组(R组)软骨损伤的修复明显好于对照组(L组)。结论:PRP对软骨修复有着积极的促进作用,应用PRP可以提高软骨损伤的修复效果。为此提示:临床上可使用PRP治疗膝关节半月板损伤、骨性关节病方面的观察和研究。为临床软骨损伤类疾病探索新的治疗方法和手段。
