53BP1在弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤和MALT淋巴瘤中的表达及其意义

摘要(Abstract):
目的:研究53BP1在弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤和MALT淋巴瘤中的表达情况,探讨53BP1表达强度在弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤和MALT淋巴瘤中的意义。方法:采用免疫组化法对12例弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤、20例MALT淋巴瘤和10例肿瘤周围反应性增生的淋巴结组织切片做53BP1的抗原标记,检测其各自表达情况,结合临床病理资料分析它们之间的关系。结果:53BP1在弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤中高强度表达,表达强度与在MALT淋巴瘤和反应性增生的淋巴结组织的表达强度有明显差异(P<0.01);在MALT淋巴瘤中和反应性增生的淋巴结组织中呈低强度表达,表达强度无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:53BP1在弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤中的表达强度较高,在MALT淋巴瘤中的表达强度较低,53BP1的表达强度可能作为诊断淋巴瘤恶性程度的潜在指标。
