EB病毒在子宫颈癌中的表达

摘要(Abstract)：
目的:分析子宫颈EB病毒感染与宫颈癌的关系。方法:采用PCR方法,分别检测28例宫颈癌、39例宫颈上皮内瘤变和13例正常宫颈中的EBV表达。结果:EBV阳性表达率在宫颈癌、宫颈上皮内瘤变、正常宫颈细胞中分别为68%、51%和15%,在宫颈癌、宫颈上皮内瘤变中的表达高于正常宫颈组织,三组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:EBV感染与宫颈癌发病密切相关。
