摘要(Abstract)：
<正>糖尿病肾病(Diabetic nephropathy,DN)是人类一种常见疾病,目前对于DN的治疗仍然缺乏很有效的手段,除了控制血压、血糖等对症治疗,以及使用肾素-血管紧张素系统阻断剂等,尚缺乏有效的方法,因此,开发和研究新的治疗DN的药物就显得尤其重要。自上世纪90年代起国内外陆续有低分子肝素(Low-molecular weight heparin,LMWH)治疗DN的文章报道,多数文章[1-4]认为LMWH降低DN患者
