脑小血管病致认知障碍神经心理学特征

摘要(Abstract):
脑小血管病(small vessel disease,SVD)目前被认为是导致血管性认知功能障碍的重要原因,而SVD在早期无临床症状或症状轻微,极易被忽视。近年来随着影像学的发展,根据颅脑磁共振将SVD分为五型,而不同影像学分型对认知域损伤存在差异,本文对SVD不同影像学分型导致的认知障碍特征做一综述。
