食管、胃、肠道间质瘤45例临床病理分析CLINICOPATHOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF 45 CASES OF GASTROINTESTINAL STROMAL TUMOR

摘要(Abstract)：
目的:研究食管、胃、肠道间质瘤的临床病理、免疫组织化学特点,重新认识食管、胃、肠道间叶源性肿瘤的组成。方法:用CD117、CD34、SMA、S100蛋白4种抗体对45例食管、胃、肠道间叶源性肿瘤进行免疫组织化学SP法染色。结果:确诊食管平滑肌瘤3例;胃间质瘤18例,平滑肌瘤2例,神经鞘瘤1例;小肠间质瘤14例,平滑肌瘤1例;结肠间质瘤6例。食管内胃肠道间质瘤少见,胃、肠道间质瘤较多见(88.1%),但仍有平滑肌瘤(7.14%)和神经来源的肿瘤(4.76%)。结论:食管、胃、肠道间质瘤与其他肿瘤的鉴别诊断需要依靠免疫组织化学检测,CD117、CD34是诊断间质瘤的特异性抗体。
