摘要(Abstract)：

目的:探讨疏血通注射液对大鼠佐剂性关节炎的治疗作用及对细胞因子IL-1、TNF-aI、L-4的影响。方法:选取Wister雌性大鼠24只,随机分为三组:造模组﹑疏血通注射液治疗组﹑地塞米松注射液治疗组。每组8只。每组大鼠右足跖皮内注射完全弗氏佐剂0.1mL复制佐剂性关节炎模型。用酶联免疫法测定大鼠血TNF-a﹑IL-1﹑IL-4水平。结果:疏血通注射液能改善大鼠的一般情况,能使佐剂关节炎大鼠血清中TNF-a﹑IL-1显著降低I,L-4水平显著升高﹙P﹥0.01﹚。结论:疏血通注射液是通过活血化瘀﹑扩张血管﹑改善微循环从而下调致炎因子TNF-a﹑IL-1、上调抗炎因子IL-4、抑制致炎效应,增强抗炎效应,使得Th1/Th2达到平衡。从而降低关节炎指数、消除肿胀。
