拜新同对自发性高血压大鼠内皮保护功能的研究EFFECT OF NIFEDIPINE ON ENDOTHELIUM PROTECTION IN SPONTANEOUS HYPERTENSION RATS

摘要(Abstract):
目的:观察拜新同(硝苯地平控释剂)对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)一氧化氮(NO)及诱导性一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)的影响。方法:取SHR大鼠21只,随机分为生理盐水组、拜新同正常剂量组及其低剂量组,每天灌胃一次,连续15d,未次给药后摘眼球取血并取大鼠心、肺分别测定血清NO和iNOS的含量。结果:灌胃15d后,拜新同正常剂量组的NO含量为(135±7.7)umol/L,与生理盐水组(102.3±4.6)umol/L相比,差异有明显显著性(P<0.01);拜新同低剂量组心、肺组织块中iNOS活性降低,为1.15±0.18,差异显著(P<0.05);与拜新同低剂量组(1.77±0.23)相比,差异亦显著(P<0.05)。结论:拜新同组可有效地在降低血压的同时,提高血清NO的含量,并且对抗血压增高所造成的iNOS的活性增强(或二者互为因果)。
