帕金森病伴运动症状与血管周围间隙扩大相关性的研究进展

摘要:

帕金森病(parkinson disease, PD)是最常见的神经退行性运动障碍疾病,其病因目前尚未完全明确,主要病理特征为错误折叠的α-突触核蛋白(α-synuclein, α-syn)沉积及多巴胺能神经元的异常丢失,PD运动症状主要包括静止性震颤、运动迟缓、异常步态等。脑血管周围间隙(perivascular space, PVS)又称Virchow-Robin间隙是指围绕在脑小血管周围的间隔组织,是脑脊液循环及清除脑内的代谢废物的重要场所,PVS有助于清除脑内异常的α-syn及多巴胺能神经元产生的代谢废物。脑血管周围间隙扩大(enlarged perivascular space, EPVS)的机制尚未完全阐明,但经研究证实,PVS清除率下降或异常成分过度沉积可能是导致EPVS的机制之一。EPVS与多种神经系统疾病相关,近几年研究发现EPVS与PD伴随运动症状的发生发展密切相关,本文就EPVS与PD伴随运动症状的相关性研究进展进行综述。
